what is happenning yo? as always, these are wild times that I am living in (that we all are, I guess.) Has it been a month since my last post again?!?! omg I am sorry. Apologies abound, definitely.





















































These are just some random sketches of late. Some sort of spidey is in there, and some inspector thing solving the case of the birds and the bees, lol.



























why is there this naked lady???!!?!? I have noo idea, maybe the colour white of her skin made a good design element at the time, my mind was just wandering, internet.





































With these ones, I dunno, I was sorta fixated on this ocre colour for some reason. That one with the big swamp monster? who knows, maybe this dude goes tooling around on his hawg and beats up supernaturals with his chain like in that shitty series "supernatural" where they randomly assign cliched dumb names to everything in a vain attempt to sound like professionals or something. And then pointlessly empty bullets into a ghost.

and I was just trying out this new splatter brush I came across, it is definitely an interesting brush.

A LOT has been happenning as usual, but shhhh, i can't tell you what I have been up to just yet, but as usual, my life is this awsome little roller coaster ride full of doughnuts, high speed boat chases, and just random occurances. It is definitely good to be alive right now, and living it up, that is for sure.

I have not done so much travelling since I was sixteen and my parents dragged me off to europe, man that was a time of travelling, and this is too, no ties can be both sad but good thing, internet.

anyway, I will tell you about my awsome adventures soon, but as you can tell from my lack of hanging out with you on this blog, I just can't find the time like I used to, but hopefully things will be settling down soon

One year on

hi internet,

been a while, I know, as always, busy busy busy.

I think this time last year I was hitting a low, feeling pretty negative. But hey, that was the past, so one year on, lets do some positive charicatures, of some very talented doods...














THIS guy is always a pleasure to talk to, because everytime I walked away from a conversation with him, I always walked away having learned something new, and we both shared a passion for video games. A very talented designer (I'm surprised no-one has made him a lead designer or creative director).
















I'm not in the policy of putting names to my charicatures (incase I do a bad job), but I think donnie wouldn't mind. He's an interesting one, let me tell you (and one of the hardest to draw!) I spent a LOT of time trying hard to remember the specifics of donnie's face. He's this strange mix of caucasian/japanese/asian/eskimo, yet he looks like such a handsome devil to all the ladieez. Getting his look and personality down just right was one hell of challenge (even weirder considering how good of a friend he is) There are a lot of things in this I don't think I got right, the nose being one of them.

Donnie is pretty popular with everyone he meets though, but you'd never guess it from first meeting him, he's a very quiet and reserved guy, very polite as well, and pretty jaded by the world. I think he just triggers people's pity mechanism and they want to help him get out of whatever trouble they think he might be in. He's also a really funny guy.

But he's living the dream now, he's married and he's bought a house! good work mate!
















This guy! man, this guy is awsome. And one of three canadians I actually like in the whole world (all other canadians aside from the three that I know are complete cock-jockeys(tm) aside from the three's extended families and friends of course). I hope I got his face right, my visual memory of him is so dim!

I respect this dude because he used to serve in the army! he could kill me seven ways before I'd hit the floor!

But he loves comics, so we both love comics, and we both love good art as well, and he is a talented fellow as well, so he lets me live if I can show him some good comics that I've bought, it is a good trade off.



















Another talented designer, who is every bit the quintessential Aussie fellow! true blue to the core. He is also very vindicated in his views, he doesn't mince his words and is always to the point (which I greatly respect). I'm glad I got to meet him.

















ARASH! I always love shootin' the shit with arash, he is a damn funny dood, and I know he likes reading this blog. I hear he is teaching the kids of tommorrow how to make games! man, those kids will just be kickin my ass when they get out of school! hope your doing well arash.

There are more, but these are the faces I could remember the most (and draw at least credibly). There are so many other talented homies out there that I had to privilige of working with, here's hoping they found great new fame and fortune.

RANDOMS! and...randoms

Hai guyz,

I have been up to a few things, here and there. It's kinda a bit of fun.









































































































































I saw Harry potter 6 the other day as well, it is definitely a different kind of film, though it was weird that all of a sudden he was gettin' it on with his buddy's little sister (but she was kinda cute) and man, that emma watson is pretty damn cute as well. And that chick with the blond hair (I think her name is luna lovegood) she plays her part really well, she is kinda hilarious but also kooky, and..of course, very cute.

So, uh...harry potter 6 is just brimming with cute girls, it could almost be likend to a live action version of anime, but also watch it for the story, as that is good too (and much better than transformers, BY FAR).

Also, I finally saw the transformers movie the other day, I dunno what it was that was wrong about it, but I had a hard time keeping track of what was going on, and the rapper twin bots were just annoying (what was Bay thinking?!?!).

What have I been up to for the last three months? not a lot, but too much to mention at the same time, it has been a CRAAAAZY time for me, that is for sure, but also super exciting like the best adventure.
